This policy applies to Palier's paid offers. Each offer has a fixed duration, with no automatic renewal.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days after the purchase to withdraw, unless you started using the Premium content with your express consent and waived this right.

Asking for a refund

Write to us at contact@paliertcf.com or from the Contact page, choosing the subject “Payment”, with your account's email address and the date of the purchase. The refund is made to the payment method used, within 14 days of the request being accepted.

Technical problem

If a technical problem on our side prevented you from using the service, contact us: we will extend your access or refund you pro rata.

Corrections not carried out

An automatic correction that fails is never deducted from your credits.
